Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
- Returns will be accepted within 72 hrs (3 days) from the date of delivery.
- Products bought in any sale are not eligible for return.
- Customised or altered products are not eligible for return.
- Orders placed with a delivery address outside India are not eligible for returns.
- All items must have the original tags and must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- To ensure your garments are not damaged during shipment, please reuse the original packaging for proper care and protection.
- Return requests can be performed via the Return Portal on the website using your Order No. & the registered Email ID or Phone Number.
REFUND POLICY
- Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check to ensure that the products are in their original condition with tags intact.
- Post a successful inspection, we provide 2 options to process the refunds
- Bank Refund: The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 working days. This option is only applicable for prepaid payment methods.
- Store Credit: An equivalent amount will be credited to your registered account within 48 hrs, with a validity of 1 year. This option is applicable to both prepaid and COD payment methods.
- Bank Refund: The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 working days. This option is only applicable for prepaid payment methods.
- Refund is not applicable in case of any damage to the product or the original tags.
- Refund is not applicable in case of requesting a return after 72 hrs (3 days) from the date of delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled only before they have been packed and shipped. Once packed, cancellation is not possible. Please reach out to our team via email (care@mishabakshiandco.com) to process the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Repeated cancellations may result in your account being blacklisted from future purchases.
- Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, Misha Bakshi & Co. may reserve the right to refuse to process or cancel the order. Possible reasons for the same include:
*Limited product availability
*Inaccuracies in product or pricing details
*Issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team
*Concerns regarding product quality
